Flamingo Costa Rica

Overview

These two spectacular beaches of Costa Rica are in a rank of 4km, just separated by other beach called Brasilito. South Brasilito beach is located Conchal and at the North part and less than 5 minutes driving, you will find Flamingo beach.

Flamingo is a bay that has been renewed by investors who have gotten to install luxurious hotels and houses of rest, since it shows one of the most beautiful views that are possible to be found in Costa Rica. In addition, Flamingo owns a Navy to facility to its visitors in Yachts or Sailboats.

On the other hand, Conchal is an exotic beach in all the sense of the word, with celestial waters of live colors, white sand and great amount of shells for the collectors. It is a private area and with less public access than Flamingo Beach.

These two recognized beaches are in the central part of the Guanacasteca coast, very close to some other popular destinations such as: Playa Tamarindo, Playa del Coco, Playa Potrero, Playa Ocotal and Playa Grande. All these places can be visited by those travelers who stay in Flamingo or Conchal beach, in a time less an hour.

You can easily get Flamingo and Conchal by some Costa Rica airports, due they are 30 minutes away form the Tamarindo airport and approximately 1 hour from the International Daniel Oduber airport in Liberia.

Because these two special beaches count on well-taken care and treatments by their inhabitants, they are perfect to practice aquatic sports and activities such as fishing, snorkeling, kayak and scuba diving.
