Canopy Tour with Horses

Overview

The perfect combination of adrenaline, adventure, and nature in the beautiful landscapes of the region, this tour will be an unforgettable experience in the Arenal Mundo Ecological Adventure Park.

A short safety speech and explanation of the equipment will begin the day, in order to maximum comfort and security. Next, we will take a 25 minute wagon ride to reach the lookout point, to observe the Pino Blanco Waterfall. In the middle of the marvelous rainforest, we will enjoy a 20 minute hike to observe the ecosystem filled with plants and animals.

Here, the adventure begins; 11 cables that go from 180 meters to 985 meters spanning 3.5 kilometers await you. Each cable begins in a observation platform through the tree tops. For safety reasons, the cables are checked regularly to assure that they are in perfect condition. Throughout the tour you will observe two waterfalls; Pino Blanco and La Fortuna Waterfall, in addition to the majestic Arenal Volcano.

We will return to the base in the same wagon, passing by to view the Maleku Indian with their customs and traditions. Afterwards, as an attractive extra, we will enjoy a 20 minute horseback ride, and finally a visit to the frog and butterfly farm located within the Park.

The pick up time at the hotel will be from 30 to 15 minutes before the tour.
Children rates apply from 4 to 10 years old.
