Tour information

Special Combo Tour

(2 in 1) Hanging Bridges + Waterfall + Lunch

Taking advantage of the time you stay in La Fortuna is important. In this combo, you can visit two of our most recognized highlights in the zone.

Approximately at 8 a.m. we will start hiking over 3 kilometers of trails inside the forest and through 6 hanging and 10 stationary bridges. The Arenal Hanging Bridges Park is part of the biological corridor that allows the flow of species that inhabit the Volcanic Mountain Range of Guanacaste and Tilarán. From the highest part of the forest, we can find the bell-bird, the Tucancito Esmeralda as well as inshore species, such as toucans, turkeys, and hummingbirds that inhabit trees present, for example, the West Indian Mahogany (Swietenia mahagoni), Walking Palm Tree and the Golden Fruit.

At around 11:30 a.m. we are going to put in contact with the real Cristal waters of the 230 ft. high La Fortuna Waterfall. It is located within the territory of the Arenal Volcano National Park, right at Los Perdidos and Cerro Chato mountains base.
The path to go inside the waterfall reserve consists of almost 500 steps going down. Once we get to the base, we can swim and breathe the pure and fresh air issued by the waterfall. Memorable pictures are always taken from the viewpoints or from the waterfall base.

These hikes are categorized like medium level; hence, a healthy physical condition is recommended.
We will take you back to your hotel in La Fortuna at 1:00 p.m. approx. Then you will have the rest of the day do another Tour or just to stay in your resort facilities.
